Strange ARC/Swap/CPU on yesterday's -CURRENT

One thing that I've noticed is that with r329844 and earlier is that
there can be a difference of multiple GB between the ARC size and the
amount of wired memory.  With r329904 and newer the difference seems to
be pretty steady at 1 GB.
