WITHOUT_CDDL prevents install of ctfconvert which breaks kernel build

Hi current@ people
src.conf WITHOUT_CDDL
prevents installation of ctfconvert 
lack of ctfconvert broke my GENERIC kernel build

I could submit a send-pr (or whatever we call them on web now)
so man src.conf warns of this, or do you have a better fix ?
