Read-only /usr/obj/ no longer kosher?

What's the modification times of
/usr/obj/usr/bin/freebsd-version/freebsd-version.sh,
/usr/src/bin/freebsd-version/freebsd-version.sh and
/usr/src/sys/conf/newvers.sh?
