Lets do it "really ready" :)))

I'am free on that, I can merge or not merge it to 10.0. But x11 team
depend on newcons presence, otherwise no new Xorg, no KMS drivers, no
new cairo (IIRC), no new ......

So we have two way:
1. delay it to 11.0
2. make it ready to 10.0

Select one you like more! :)
