ia64: panic: wrong page state m 0xe00000027fcc1900

This panic is always reproducible by
starting nginx, and directing the browser
to poudriere logs/bulk/ia64-default/latest/.
I tried to do manually:
show proc
show threads
run lockinfo
show pcpu
bt
ps
alltrace
since I cannot get savecore to run successfully.
