[installworld via r/o NFS] cannot create mapper.dir: Permission denied

Hi All,


While installing fresh CURRENT (make -C installworld)
via NFS (exported -ro)...:

192.168.119.49:/usr/src on /usr/src (nfs)
192.168.119.49:/usr/obj on /usr/obj (nfs)
-----

... I get the following error:

install -o root -g wheel  -m 444 faq-example1 faq-example2 faq-example3
ackpri queue1 queue2 queue3 queue4 pf.conf spamd /usr/share/examples/pf
===> share/i18n (install)
===> share/i18n/csmapper (install)

cannot create mapper.dir: Permission denied
