new FreeBSD kernel failed to load mobile disk

I rebuilt the FreeBSD 10.0 kernel, found it can't load my mobile disk:

The shutdown will be paused by it. When I pull out the mobile disk,
the computer is shutdown normally.
This is the information when I insert the disk:
