DTrace on FreeBSD

Hi,

>From the DTrace tutorial at AsiaBSDCon 2012, it is a CDDL 
license issue.

Addition from my experiences, some applicaions can not be 
built on DTrace/UserlandDTrace-enabled system (VBox is) and
Userland dtrace is still unstable.
