9.0-BETA3 - network scripts problem

I have run tcpdump, when I run /etc/rc.d/netif start with plugged cable 
(IP configurations is good, because I boot with unplugged cable)

some questions to DNS server is strange

after answer to this questions (answer return: 91.227.16.17), interface 
have address 91.227.16.17 (bad address, used on another server). before 
- address from rc.conf - 91.227.17.15
