I updated the kernel source code and the world to r213666
I rebuilt the port fusefs-kmod-0.3.9.p1.20080208_6
everything works fine!
In fact, there is no problem!

P.S. I am ashamed that I could not find the problem yourself, the more that once during the FreeBSD 5.4 I am on such a problem with fuse.ko already stumbled. : (
