[CFT] BSDL iconv in base system

Eeh. I'm sorry, I'll look at it tomorrow. For now you can use WERROR="" 
and CWARNFLAGS="" to test, actually it was what I used that's why I 
couldn't catch this. I had the same problem with some code that was not 
mine so I just set it. I don't know why I'm having that, tohugh, I also 
have that with a clean unpatched src tree and I'm not using any CFLAGS 
tweak or such.
If you haven't done make clean yet, you can resume the build with:
make buildworld -DNO_CLEAN WERROR="" CWARNFLAGS=""
