[CFT] ZFS v16 with stat() speedup

Thank you very much for your hard work. Yesterday I set up my system using the
instructions below and I have had no problems so far.
This is an amd64 system with 8GB ram. I am willing to do additional testing if
wanted but I'd need further instructions on that one.
