USB cdce stopped working (and not only cdce?)

I think this is because the file handle for USB access was not closed, when 
the device was detached. Can you check that?

Same happens if you cu -l /dev/cuaU0 and don't kill cu upon device removal. 
It's not USB's fault :-)
