tzsetup and EST5EDT

I get EDT for "1 - Eastern Time" when running sysinstall on an  
installed system.  Is your local clock on the right day?

If you think sysinstall should produce "EST5EDT", you're expecting the  
wrong thing.  For quite some time, it's given the time zone  
abbreviation appropriate to the chosen location for the current date  
and time.  I don't remember if that was ever different.
