run_interrupt_driven_hooks: still waiting after 300 seconds

I'm adding current@ to this communication as I've tried the latest
snapshot and it failed the same way.
Well, actually I've already tried versions 5, 6, 7, 8 and none of them
finished booting on this motherboard.
Is there a way to fix this issue please ?
