missing lkm if_ppp in CURRENT

This is just to ACK that userland ppp works fine in CURRENT with the Huawei
E220 USB datacard using the u3g / ucom drivers. Thx for the hint.

Maybe the port net/pppd23 should be removed or marked as unusable.
