ports/devel/pth failes to compile (conflict with /usr/include/signal.h)

Forgive me if this is a stupid questions (I'm new to CURRENT); I did a
cvs checkout of src and ports on March 23 and a cvs update of the port
today, why I don't have this fix?  Is CVS not uptodate?
