You should somehow make respective PCI device to appear in pciconf. I 
have no idea why it is not there, but until it so, driver has nothing to 
attach to. :(

Понятия не имею почему тогда звуковуха не видна как PCI устройство в 
pciconf. Надеш устройство - найдеш звук.
