Warning about uid values larger than 16-bit...

One of the things I'd like to see go away as part of 8.0 is the warnings
various things (sysinstall, pwd_mkdb(8), etc.) give if you choose a uid
that won't fit in a 16-bit data structure. One of the reasons that
warning is still there is the SYS-V IPC infrastructure and I've been
contacted by someone who says they will be working on that shortly so
that issue should be addressed.

Does anyone know of anything else that could cause problems for uids
larger than 16-bits? Please just send me private email at this point,
I'll investigate and if it is still an issue will try to hunt down
someone to fix it.

Thanks.
