[beta3 bug report] chflags, libcrypt error message

Upgrading a 8.0BETA2 amd64 machine running on ZFSv13 to 8.0BETA3 via freebsd-update. All seemed to go well except for this message:

# freebsd-update install
Installing updates...chflags: ///lib/libcrypt.so.5: Invalid argument

That occurred after the reboot during the install of userland.
