overheating problem with Acer Aspire 5520-5679 AMD-64

The default was 4, I am trying 15 to see if there is a notable  
difference while I'm monitoring the results as Scot suggested.  At  
least I have gone almost 24 hours without a fan aimed directly at the  
bottom of the laptop and all is still well.
