Updating src/contrib/binutils

The most recent is 2.18, in src/ is 2.12 - so I would try to update to
the most recent. This is nothing which will finished tomorrow or in a
week - it will take some time.
To be true, the reason why I wanna do this, is using SSE3 instructions ;-)
