What do you think? It builds everything that has changed since the last
buildworld. This is what make is for; otherwise, we might as well use a
shell script (which BTW would be significantly faster).
However, if the changes are significant, you may have to run one or more
of 'make obj', 'make includes' and 'make depend' first.
