panic on ifconfig tun0 destroy

Is this the latest -current ?  There was a slight change made to
if_tun that would hang on destroy, but that change was later
reverted. 
 
Also, please provide the back trace when the system panic.

I have updated rebuild world + kernel

now it is bit different

still starting ppp at boottime

shell 1:
ifconfig tun0 destroy
(hangs and can not get it back with ctrl-c)

then shell2
ifconfig tun0 destroy
panic on shell 1
