I tried it at 64MB ram a few days ago,
only problem was that someone else did the bsdlabel, so there was only 
128MB swap.
Lots of processes got 0K RES after I started the buildkernel ;)
(And lots of dmesg errors: "swap_pager_getswapspace(16): failed")
