HP Proliant system freezes when bge NIC is used

Also got his issue onFreeBSD/i386 BETA1 HP Proliant ML150 when system connected to
1GB switch I see media hw-loopback and system lock when rc.d/netif is started.
Switching link to 100Mbps switch and set hw.bge.allow_asf="0" solve this.
