Thanks a lot for your reply.  I have to correct my report.  The
machine had these em0 watchdog timeouts, but the 'offline problem' was
caused by a craftsman, a drill machine and my cable to the
internet...  no comment, please  :-)

Nevertheless, I still have these timeouts and resets on em0.
