Quick workaround: configure inetd to listen to port 623 so rpcbind
won't assign these ports to the NFS server.  Something like this:

asf-rmcp dgram  udp     nowait  root    /bin/false              false
asf-rmcp stream tcp     nowait  root    /bin/false              false
