Panic when loading snd_ich.

It's really strange.

Ever since I updated to the latest source, loading snd_ich leads to a 
kernel panic. oich_add_done is where it panics, I don't have any 
experience gathering information that might be relevant, but if anyone 
wants to look in to the issue i will provide and learn anything required 
to resolve the issue (not having sound is a serious issue!)
