etherboot + pxeboot ?

It's fixable if someone sits down and takes the time to rewrite BTX to 
be able to trampoline into real mode when calling certain BIOS routines. 
I tried to sit down and do this last October when I had some free time 
to work on it, but got nowhere fast.
