High interrupt count on irq12

Nothing wrong with that number unless you don't use the mouse.  Mice 
generate anywhere from dozens to hundreds of interrupts per second 
depending on the hardware type port settings.  An hour's worth of 
regular desktop usage could easily generate the amount shown above.
