[patch] added kevent vnode events

Hello,

   I've added NOTE_OPEN, NOTE_CLOSE and NOTE_READ events into  
the -CURRENT kevent code. The patch is attached. ¿Can someone
take a look and verify if the patch can be included in the
-CURRENT code?
