duplicate code in lipthread

Hi,

I spotted that lib/libpthread/arch/i386/i386/pthread_md.c
includes its own version of i386_set_gsbase. This function
is defined in libc, is there any reason for it being defined
in the pthread as well?

if not - someone should remove that
