bizarre nfe(4) problem

I am having weird nfe problems too, I tried to run -current today and I
loaded a snapshot and upon dhclient nfe0 my computer reboots
below is a dmesg(kinda it is actually a /var/log/messages file) from
-current keep in mind that I am running PCBSD 1.4 BETA (based on 6.2 with
nfe compiled in) and nfe is working like a champ.
I would love to have any help or pointers
