There was nothing in the documentation about a "TCO version", and I
didn't want to use arbitrary numbers (1 and 2). It would probably have
been better to simply use an enum.

It's an ICH5-equivalent chipset for mobile and embedded systems, and it
has what you would call "TCO version 1" (8-bit TCO_TMR at TCOBASE+01H):
