Anyone using gjournal for root fs? [was : gjournal + WARNING: R/W mount of / denied. Filesystem not clean - run fsck.]

I have just updated several machines from 6.2 to 7.0-current and started 
using gjournal
as root fs on them, and the problem described in misc/113889 still exists.
