Some comments on ZFS

After switching from SCHED_ULE to SCHED_4BSD my ``make -j2 buildworld''
completes in about 19 minutes. This is pretty much the same as before the
switch to ZFS.

I have lots of stuff turned off in make.conf so YMMV.
