Is HEAD broken in rescue/ or am I being silly?

Hi, I'm trying to downgrade from 7.0 current to 6.1 stable, but get
that nasty error, I must rebuild crunchgen ? Can you tell me how to do
that ? How to upgrade manually crunchgen ?
