DMA no active on HL-DT-STCD-RW/DVD

I tried to open my laptop and found that the drive has noting to set. It has
1 connector only whic is connect the drive with the controller. And the BIOS
give no option for the drive.

On Linux the cd-drive run on DMA while the hard-drive run on UDMA
