i think so. the idea is to re/set keyboard settings after new keyboard
was added to the mux.
the problem (as per original email) is that 'syscons restart' will try
to do everything, i.e. set keyboard _and_ video/screen saver settings.
due to custom settings in the "allscreen_flags" variable, this
apparently breaks screen (i presume the keyboard is attached to the
system while x11 is running).
i guess, i could move all the keyboard settings into separate function
and call it from both 'start' and 'setkeyboard'. this would make
"/etc/rc.d/syscons restart" in /etc/devd.conf obsolete.
