6.1 does not exist (yet), so there is no such tag. You can get 6.1 BETA by using RELENG_6. RELENG_6_1 should show up any day but the 6.1 tag won't show up for at least a couple of weeks.

In general, 6.1 BETA is doing very well. The number of significant fixes to V5 is amazing to me.
