/bin/sh doesn't run autoconf'ied configure scripts correctly

devel/libtool15, which now installs non-versioned binaries and  
scripts, and is free from the somewhat interesting set of FreeBSD- 
specific modifications we had collected over the times.

It's now stock, working for both ports and development.
