The time counts up, but the CPU% doesn't.  I'm reduced to "ps -p ;
sleep 10 ; ps -p" and doing the subtraction in my head to try and
back-of-the-envelope guess how much CPU e.g. Firefox is using.

It's not a showstopper or anything, but it's _really_ annoying, and
we're on our second -STABLE major version doing it.  It's one of my
least favorite bits to try and explain to somebody.
