FreeBSD 6-CURRENT contains ndisgen utility witch allows you to simply convert 
Windows drivers inty .ko file. You will only need then to kldload 
<driver>_sys.ko file to have an ndis0 device if your ifconfig. No need to 
recompile kernel with ndis nor with ath or ath_hal.
