6.0 panics with 3GB and 4GB RAM

The server ran RedHat 7.2 before. With no problems.
I should have mentioned we have about 8 of these monsters (they are 5 to 
7 U and heavy) and they are all running RH7.2 and most have at least 3 
GB RAM.
