problem with dummynet

Hello freebsd-current,

  Since I upgraded my kernetl dummynet is not working properly...
  things like ipfw pipe 1000 config bw 0 dont work anymore...

free# ipfw pipe 1000 config bw 0
ipfw: setsockopt(IP_DUMMYNET_CONFIGURE): Invalid argument

this worked before (in snapshot002)
