weird ssh errors in security run

Doesnt ssh get updated when doing a make world + kernel? I do a full
makeworld , kernel, mergemaster, etc every time i cvsup, so its a complete
build. Perhaps i cvsuped at a bad time, i will try cvsupping and
recompiling again.
