'pccardc power' - on 5.x and above

At some time in the 5.0 series oldbus it's ioctl PIOCSVIR was dropped; and
pccard/cardbus where reformed to use POWER_ENABLE_SOCKET().

What is the proper way to powercylce pccard cards from userland in
-current ?
