cpufreq & enhanced speedstep

wow ... after doing this everything seems working:

est0: <Enhanced SpeedStep Frequency Control> on cpu0
p4tcc0: <CPU Frequency Thermal Control> on cpu0

thanks ... should't this behavior be treated as a bug?
