Driver that works only when module is loaded late, not from loader.conf

That works.  Althought it seems that autonegotiation is delayed, the
"link state changed to up" message comes very late, after the final
console login is displayed.  Might be the result of my direct NIC to
NIC connection.

The rl PCI card in the same box works normally.
